The wise words spoken by the Pharisee Gamaliel, in today's reading can most certainly be taken to heart. God knows what is best for me and when I "fight God" I am really spinning my wheels and making my life even more complicated.
As I reflect upon the great courage and faithfulness of the apostles that we read in the Acts of the Apostles these days, I cannot help but ask myself, if I am that courageous? I pray for the grace to align my will with God's Will. I know it will take many trials and errors on my part, but I also know God loves me and understands. He is RISEN! That's all I need to know.
