I am not sure how your Lent is going, but the more I think about it, we are sincerely entering into this season because we want to be closer to Christ. We want to truly be changed and converted. It is a difficult road, this road to conversion. Is it worth it?
If you have been dragging a bit spiritually, as Lent winds down and the effort seems to be so difficult, I share this beautiful song by Matt Maher. Let's not forget that Christ's PASSION is not all there is. Just as he entered into his suffering and death, we need to embrace our own crosses in life. Just as he ROSE FROM THE DEAD, so we too, will enjoy RESURRECTION. We are all GLORY BOUND, so let's not forget it.
